Aloha band member Cale Parks, who helped give us Some Echoes (one of my most enjoyable listens so far this year), releases his solo CD Illuminated Manuscript stateside on Sept. 26. This ambient electronic song, which is like a hot air ballon ride through a cumulous cloud, appears on the disc.
